Within our management team we have a wide range our experience within the Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy sectors. Our combined competencies will help us achieve our goals of providing an end to end engineering service.
He has held senior roles in several technology SME's within the Renewable Energy sector and developed new technologies from concept to production and has worked closely as a consultant with large companies in Oil and Gas topside and subsea.
In addition to providing technology services he has also a passion for improving standards and procedures to strengthen technical quality.
He has held senior roles at several companies including Honeywell Process Solutions where he was the UK and Ireland Engineering Manager and Global Safety Discipline lead.
At Honeywell he managed a team of around 70 engineers and technicians. This team routinely delivered between $20 and $30million dollars of control and safety system projects per annum.
Business Development and strategy
He has completed his graduation in Electronics and Communication and thereafter his MSc in Control Systems Engineering. He has recently finished his MBA specialising in Strategy and Organisational Change Management. He brings over a decade of engineering, project management and business development experience working in the energy and chemicals industry. He has experience working in UK, Europe, Middle East and India.
Vinayak responsibility is to strategically shape the course of the organisation into a growth path that is both achievable and sustainable. He is active at the UK-India Business Council and the member of the Institute of Measurement & Control.
He has over 30 years’ experience designing and managing computer-based process control systems, networks and systems integration projects in the energy sector. He has particular expertise in fault tolerant process controls, safety systems and control room re-instrumentation, and has spearheaded the development of AIM/ALE/obsolescence tools that have achieved six-figure savings for clients. A former technical director with international contracting and engineering company Semco Maritime, Martin is a chartered engineer and a Vice President of the Institute of Measurement & Control.
He graduated from Robert Gordons University in 1991 with a BEng in
Electronic and Information Engineering.
He has held senior development and engineering roles at several Oil and
Gas companies, as well as a number of leading global Communications,
Financial and Aerospace companies.
Recently he took time out to complete an Aerospace / Electronic
Engineering PhD at University of Aberdeen.
His specialities include Software Engineering (C++, Java, Oracle),
Electronic Design and Test, and a keen focus on Document Control and
Source Code Control Systems.
